The Galaxy Note3 has a score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the Huawei Y9 (2019)'s general score of 73.5. These devices come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note3 has an older 4.4.2 version and Huawei Y9 (2019) has Android 8.1 Oreo.
