Xperia Z5 Premium is slightly better than Huawei Y9 (2019), getting a 79.8 score against 73.5. Although the Xperia Z5 Premium is way older and a little heavier than the Huawei Y9 (2019), it's body is still just a little bit thinner. These devices use Android operating system, but the Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version and Huawei Y9 (2019) has Android 8.1 Oreo.
