The Xiaomi 11T is much better than the Huawei Y9 (2019), having a global score of 85.3 against 73.5. The Xiaomi 11T body is noticeably newer, but a little thicker and heavier than the Huawei Y9 (2019). These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 11T has older 11 version while Huawei Y9 (2019) has Android 8.1 Oreo.
