Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is much better than Karbonn A1+ Duple, having an 81.7 score against 42.3. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version and Karbonn A1+ Duple has Android 4.2 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and increased performance. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a noticeably heavier but a lot thinner phone than the Karbonn A1+ Duple.
