Galaxy Note Edge is much better than the Karbonn A1+, with a overall score of 81.7 against 38.3. The Galaxy Note Edge design is incredibly thinner but incredibly heavier than Karbonn A1+. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version while Karbonn A1+ has Android 2.3.6, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
