Galaxy Alpha has an overall score of 76.3, which is slightly better than the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra's overall score of 72.2. The Galaxy Alpha design is notably lighter and much thinner than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Alpha has newer 4.4.4 version and Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha counts with a little bit better looking screen than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, although it has a way worse pixel density, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720 and a bit smaller screen. Kyocera DuraForce Ultra features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy Alpha has a processor that's just as good as the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra one, because although the Galaxy Alpha has 4 GB less RAM and less cpu cores , it also counts with a graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha captures much better pictures and videos than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, a camera with lot less megapixels resolution and a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low light images and videos.
The Kyocera DuraForce Ultra counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 142 percent larger battery capacity.
