The Galaxy M40 is better than the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, with an 85 score against 72.2. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. Galaxy M40 is an older cellphone than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, but it's a lot thinner and incredibly lighter anyway.
