Galaxy Note5 has a general score of 80.2, which is much better than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra's overall score of 72.2. The Galaxy Note5 design is a lot lighter and incredibly thinner than the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a bit more vivid display than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, because it has a just a little greater pixel number per inch in the display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a little larger display.
Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note5 takes better photos and videos than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, although it has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution, a back-facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs and videos in low light situations.
The Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
