Galaxy S5 Plus is just a bit better than the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, with a general score of 78.1 against 72.2. The Galaxy S5 Plus is an a lot older device than the Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, but Samsung made it a lot lighter and way thinner anyway. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S5 Plus has 4.4.2 version and Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has Android 10, so it gives you a couple additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a little sharper display than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, although it has a little bit lower display pixels density, a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a bit smaller display. Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1 TB.
Kyocera DuraForce Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus both count with very similar CPUs, because although the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has 4 lesser CPU cores and less RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Galaxy S5 Plus takes much clearer photographs and videos than Kyocera DuraForce Ultra, although it has a tinier camera aperture, a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back camera with lot less mega-pixels.
The Kyocera DuraForce Ultra has a superior battery duration than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
