The Alcatel Avalon V is a little bit better than Kyocera Hydro VIBE, having a overall score of 58.9 against 53.8. Alcatel Avalon V's design is much newer and thinner than Kyocera Hydro VIBE's, but it's heavier. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Alcatel Avalon V has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and Kyocera Hydro VIBE has Android 4.4.2, providing a couple nice extra features.
