The Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is much better than Kyocera Torque XT's general score of 54.3. The Galaxy Note Edge design is noticeably thinner but a bit heavier than Kyocera Torque XT, and both of them were released only 1 months apart. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy Note Edge has a more recent 5.0 version while Kyocera Torque XT has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features.
The Galaxy Note Edge has an incredibly better screen than Kyocera Torque XT, because it has a lot more pixels per inch of screen, a really larger display and a lot better 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a quite better performance than Kyocera Torque XT, because it has a higher amount of RAM, more processing cores and a much better 500 MHz graphics co-processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Kyocera Torque XT, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 32 GB internal storage. Galaxy Note Edge shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Kyocera Torque XT, because it has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features greater battery lifetime than Kyocera Torque XT, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
