HTC Explorer has a global score of 46.4, which is slightly better than LAVA Iris 401's overall score of 42.3. Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but the HTC Explorer has 2.3 version while LAVA Iris 401 has Android 4.2. The LAVA Iris 401 has a better display than HTC Explorer, because it has a bigger screen, a greater pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a much better resolution of 800 x 480.
The LAVA Iris 401 counts with a faster CPU than HTC Explorer, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster). The HTC Explorer features a camera that is very similar to LAVA Iris 401's camera, they have the same video frame rates, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same 640x480 (VGA) video definition.
The LAVA Iris 401 features a much bigger storage to install games and applications than HTC Explorer. The LAVA Iris 401 features longer battery life than HTC Explorer, because it has an 18 percent bigger battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the HTC Explorer is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
