Galaxy S6 is a lot better than LAVA Iris 405, with a general score of 87.3 against 43.7. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 has the newer 5.0 version and LAVA Iris 405 has Android 4.1.2 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.
