The Motorola DROID Turbo is much better than LAVA Iris 506Q, getting a general score of 76.4 against 46.7. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Motorola DROID Turbo has a more recent 4.4.4 version and LAVA Iris 506Q has Android 4.2 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. The Motorola DROID Turbo has an incredibly better screen than LAVA Iris 506Q, because it has a way better screen pixels density, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a little bit bigger display.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has a superior processing power than LAVA Iris 506Q, and although they both have 4 CPU cores, the Motorola DROID Turbo also has a larger amount of RAM and a GPU. Motorola DROID Turbo shoots greater photos and videos than LAVA Iris 506Q, because it has a lot higher resolution camera in the back.
