Huawei Mate 8 has a general score of 77.4, which is a bit better than the LG G Flex 2's global score of 75.2. Huawei Mate 8's design is newer and thinner, but also heavier than the LG G Flex 2. LG G Flex 2 counts with a bit superior processor than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG G Flex 2 also counts with a 64-bit processor and a graphics processor.
LG G Flex 2 features a more vivid display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the LG G Flex 2 also counts with a quite better pixels amount in each inch in the screen. The Huawei Mate 8 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have an external memory slot that holds up to 128 GB, the Huawei Mate 8 also has more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 8 features greater battery life than LG G Flex 2, because it has a 33 percent more battery capacity. The Huawei Mate 8 takes just a bit better photos and videos than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei Mate 8 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rate and a camera with a better 16 MP resolution.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G Flex 2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 8, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G Flex 2, letting go some specifications.
