Comparison review

The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a bit better than LG G Flex 2, having a score of 78.7 against 75.2. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has newer 8.0 Oreo version and LG G Flex 2 has Android 5.0, so it provides the user some nice extra features. Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a newer and thinner cellphone than the LG G Flex 2, but it's also heavier.

The LG G Flex 2 features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, although it has a little bit lower number of pixels per screen inch and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, they both have a display of the same size. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a much better storage capacity for games and applications than LG G Flex 2, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.

LG G Flex 2 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 processing cores, the LG G Flex 2 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra graphics processing unit. Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with better battery duration than LG G Flex 2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a much better camera than LG G Flex 2, although it has a lower 12 megapixels resolution back camera and a lower (4K) video quality.

Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G Flex 2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the LG G Flex 2, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
