Comparison review

LG G5 is a bit better than the LG G Flex 2, with a 76.1 score against 75.2. Although LG G5 is just a bit heavier than the LG G Flex 2, it's noticeably thinner and also newer. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the LG G5 has newer 8.0 Oreo version and LG G Flex 2 has Android 5.0 version, so it gives you some nice extra features and performance improvements.

LG G Flex 2 has a more powerful processor than LG G5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor, more cpu cores and a 64 bits processor. LG G Flex 2 has a bit more vivid screen than LG G5, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot worse count of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a little bigger display.

The LG G5 has a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the LG G5 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G Flex 2 features a bit longer battery life than LG G5, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

LG G5 features a better camera than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the LG G5 also has a more MP back facing camera.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G Flex 2. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the LG G5, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the LG G Flex 2, resigning a couple features and specifications.
