The Motorola Moto Z3 Play is slightly better than the LG G Flex 2, having a 76.3 score against 75.2. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play construction is incredibly newer and incredibly thinner, but also a little heavier than LG G Flex 2. LG G Flex 2 counts with a brighter screen than Moto Z3 Play, although it has a quite lower display density, a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080.
Moto Z3 Play counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than LG G Flex 2, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG G Flex 2 counts with a superior CPU than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Flex 2 also counts with a 64-bits processor and a GPU.
Moto Z3 Play has a battery performance that is very similar to the LG G Flex 2 one. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play takes much better videos and photos than LG G Flex 2, although it has a camera in the back with lesser mega-pixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution.
Although Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Flex 2. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Moto Z3 Play, otherwise you can save some money and get the LG G Flex 2, giving up a couple features and specs.
