Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than the LG G Flex 2's overall score of 75.2. The Galaxy S5 is a just a little lighter and somewhat thinner device than LG G Flex 2, although they were released with only a couple months difference. Both phones we compare here use Android operating system, but Galaxy S5 has older 4.4.2 version while LG G Flex 2 has Android 5.0.
LG G Flex 2 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S5, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the LG G Flex 2 also has a larger number of cores , a 64-bit processor and a faster graphics processor working at 600 MHz. The Galaxy S5 has just a bit better screen than LG G Flex 2, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a higher screen pixels density.
The LG G Flex 2 and the Galaxy S5 both count with quite similar storage capacity to install games and applications, they have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB. LG G Flex 2 has just a little better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S5 shoots much better photographs and videos than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy S5 also has a better 16 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
Although Samsung Galaxy S5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Flex 2. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G Flex 2, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
