Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has a global score of 77.8, which is a little bit better than the LG G Flex 2's 75.2 global score. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport body is just a little bit heavier but a bit thinner than the LG G Flex 2, and both of them were released only 7 months apart. These phones have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has older 4.4.2 version and LG G Flex 2 has Android 5.0.
The LG G Flex 2 has just a little better processing power than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has more processing cores (although slower), more RAM memory, a 64-bit CPU and a faster graphics processor. Galaxy S5 Sport counts with a display that is very similar to the screen in LG G Flex 2, because although the Galaxy S5 Sport has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
LG G Flex 2 counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the LG G Flex 2 also has 16 GB more internal storage capacity. LG G Flex 2 counts with a little longer battery life than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 3000mAh battery size instead of 2800mAh.
Galaxy S5 Sport features a superior camera than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy S5 Sport also has a back facing camera with a better resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Flex 2. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the LG G Flex 2, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
