Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is much better than LG G Pad 5's 70.8 global score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version and LG G Pad 5 has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though the Galaxy Note 3 is extremely older and a little thicker than LG G Pad 5, it's body is still noticeably lighter.
The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a much better display than LG G Pad 5, because although it has a really smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a way better number of pixels per inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit better performance than LG G Pad 5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy Note 3 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than LG G Pad 5, because it has a lot better resolution back facing camera and a lot higher video resolution. The LG G Pad 5 has just a bit more memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits up to 512 GB.
LG G Pad 5 features a way better battery performance than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
Galaxy Note 3 costs a bit more than the LG G Pad 5, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
