The Asus ROG Phone is a little bit better than LG G Pro 2, with a 77.1 score against 74.8. The Asus ROG Phone construction is incredibly newer, but heavier and a little thicker than LG G Pro 2. The LG G Pro 2 counts with a bit better screen than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a little smaller display, a quite worse pixel density and a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080.
Asus ROG Phone has a much better memory to store more apps and games than LG G Pro 2, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 480 GB more internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone has a bit more powerful processor than LG G Pro 2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and more cpu cores.
The Asus ROG Phone features improved battery duration than LG G Pro 2, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. The LG G Pro 2 features a greater camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates, a smaller back camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors and a way smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light images, they both have the same (4K) video resolution.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G Pro 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G Pro 2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the LG G Pro 2, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
