Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is much better than LG G Pro 2, getting a general score of 90.9 against 74.8. Huawei Mate 40 Pro's construction is extremely newer, but a little thicker and somewhat heavier than LG G Pro 2. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 40 Pro has the newer 10 version while LG G Pro 2 has Android 5.0, so it gives lots of additional features and performance tweaks.
The LG G Pro 2 features a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, although it has a little less pixels per display inch, a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a quite smaller display. Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G Pro 2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a little better performance than LG G Pro 2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and faster). Huawei Mate 40 Pro takes way better pictures and videos than LG G Pro 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has better 60 frames per second video frame rate, a lot more MP back-facing camera, a much larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photography and a way larger sensor providing a much higher image quality.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a much better battery life than LG G Pro 2, because it has a 4400mAh battery size against 3200mAh.
