Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 has a general score of 77.4, which is slightly better than LG G Pro 2's 74.8 score. Huawei Mate 8's body is newer and a bit thinner than the LG G Pro 2's, but it is also a little bit heavier. LG G Pro 2 features a brighter display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the LG G Pro 2 also counts with a little greater amount of pixels per screen inch.
The Huawei Mate 8's processing unit is very similar to the LG G Pro 2 one, because although the Huawei Mate 8 has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. Huawei Mate 8 features a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than LG G Pro 2, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB.
The LG G Pro 2 features a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a lesser mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting photos and/or video in low light environments, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 video definition.
The Huawei Mate 8 features superior battery duration than LG G Pro 2, because it has a 25 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G Pro 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G Pro 2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate 8, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the LG G Pro 2, giving up a couple features and specifications.
