The Huawei P40 Lite is a bit better than LG G Pro 2, getting a 79.5 score against 74.8. Although the Huawei P40 Lite is way newer than LG G Pro 2, it is a little thicker and a little bit heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 Lite has a more recent 10 version and LG G Pro 2 has Android 5.0, so it gives a couple additional features and improved performance.
LG G Pro 2 and Huawei P40 Lite feature extremely similar CPUs, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more cores and more RAM memory. LG G Pro 2 features just a bit better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a bit worse pixels density and a quite smaller screen.
Huawei P40 Lite has a superior camera than LG G Pro 2, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a way larger diafragm aperture for better images in low light environments and a back camera with lot more mega pixels.
The Huawei P40 Lite features much more storage for games and applications than LG G Pro 2, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P40 Lite features improved battery life than LG G Pro 2, because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
