Comparison review
The LG Velvet has an overall score of 87.1, which is much better than the LG G Pro 2's 74.8 general score. LG Velvet's construction is much newer and a little thinner than the LG G Pro 2's, although it is also a little heavier. LG Velvet has just a bit better processing power than LG G Pro 2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM.
The LG G Pro 2 has a bit more vivid display than LG Velvet, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a bit worse pixel count in each inch in the screen and a little bit lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The LG Velvet features a much bigger memory for games and applications than LG G Pro 2, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG Velvet features superior battery performance than LG G Pro 2, because it has a 34 percent bigger battery capacity. The LG Velvet captures greater pictures and videos than LG G Pro 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the LG Velvet also has a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality pictures and videos, a much better 48 megapixels resolution camera and a way larger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light environments.
LG Velvet costs a little more money than the LG G Pro 2, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
