The Motorola Edge 40 Pro is much better than LG G Pro 2, getting an 83.4 score against 74.8. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has the newer 13 version while LG G Pro 2 has Android 5.0, providing some additional features and better performance. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro body is newer than the LG G Pro 2's, although it is a little thicker and somewhat heavier.

The Motorola Edge 40 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than LG G Pro 2, because it has a much more mega pixels back facing camera, a way larger aperture, a way better video quality and a much bigger camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and photos. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than LG G Pro 2, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.
Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a much longer battery duration than LG G Pro 2, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity.
