Moto Z3 Play is just a bit better than the LG G Pro 2, with a 76.3 score against 74.8. The Moto Z3 Play construction is notably newer, just a bit lighter and thinner than LG G Pro 2. LG G Pro 2 has a bit sharper screen than Moto Z3 Play, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, a just a little worse count of pixels per inch of display and a little smaller screen.
The LG G Pro 2 counts with a little better performance than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and 4 lesser processing cores (although faster), it also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Moto Z3 Play features a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than LG G Pro 2, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
LG G Pro 2 counts with just a little better battery duration than Moto Z3 Play, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a little bit better camera than LG G Pro 2, because although it has a camera with less megapixels and a worse (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos and a much larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos.
Although Motorola Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pro 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pro 2. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G Pro 2, resigning a couple features and specs.
