Galaxy M40 is much better than LG G Pro 2, with an 85 score against 74.8. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M40 has 10 version while LG G Pro 2 has Android 5.0 version. The Galaxy M40 is a a lot newer phone, and it is also a little bit lighter and a little thinner than the LG G Pro 2.
LG G Pro 2 has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy M40, although it has a little smaller display, a little inferior number of pixels per inch of screen and a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pro 2, because it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage.
LG G Pro 2 features a bit better performance than Galaxy M40, because although it has lesser RAM and 4 less cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a GPU. The Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than LG G Pro 2, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
The Galaxy M40 captures better pictures and videos than LG G Pro 2, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M40 also has a way bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and video, a back facing camera with lot more MP and a larger camera sensor.
