The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than the LG G Pro 2, getting a global score of 82.2 against 74.8. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium body is notably newer, but way thicker and heavier than the LG G Pro 2. Xperia XZ2 Premium has a more vivid display than LG G Pro 2, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much better screen pixels density and a way higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit faster processor than LG G Pro 2, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster). Xperia XZ2 Premium has a way bigger storage to install applications and games than LG G Pro 2, because it has more internal memory and a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a superior camera than LG G Pro 2, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a way bigger aperture, a way bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality and a way better 19 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.

Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G Pro 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pro 2. If you want to save some money, you can buy LG G Pro 2, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
