The LG V40 ThinQ has a global score of 81.2, which is a bit better than the LG G3's 74.1 global score. The LG V40 ThinQ construction is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner, but heavier than the LG G3. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the LG V40 ThinQ has a more recent 10 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0, so it gives you some extra features and performance enhancements.

The LG G3 counts with a sharper screen than LG V40 ThinQ, although it has a little smaller screen, a just a little worse count of pixels per display inch and a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The LG V40 ThinQ features a bit superior processor than LG G3, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.

LG V40 ThinQ features a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G3, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG V40 ThinQ has a little better battery life than LG G3, because it has a 10% greater battery capacity.
