Huawei P20 Pro is a bit better than the LG G3, getting a general score of 81.4 against 76.4. Huawei P20 Pro is a a lot newer and thinner cellphone than the LG G3, although it is heavier. Both phones we compare here include Android operating system, but the Huawei P20 Pro has newer 10 version while LG G3 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features.

The LG G3 has a much more vibrant screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Huawei P20 Pro has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than LG G3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

LG G3 has a bit better CPU than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has 4 less processing cores and 3 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU. Huawei P20 Pro counts with improved battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 33 percent more battery size. The Huawei P20 Pro captures much clearer videos and photos than LG G3, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a much bigger aperture for better low-light photos, a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back camera with much more megapixels.

Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G3. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the LG G3, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
