The LG G3 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, with a 76.4 score against 76.3. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G3 has newer 5.0 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. LG G3 is a much thicker and heavier device than Galaxy Alpha.
The LG G3 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 450 MHz graphics processing unit, the LG G3 also has a larger amount of RAM. LG G3 features a brighter display than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a lot greater pixels density, a larger display and a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
LG G3 has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG G3 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The Galaxy Alpha's camera is very similar to the camera in LG G3, because although the Galaxy Alpha has a back-facing camera with a lower 12 MP resolution and a worse video quality, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture.
The LG G3 features a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, LG G3 is also a bargain compared to the other phones, which makes it an easy decision.
