The Galaxy J8 has a score of 76.7, which is slightly better than the LG G3's global score of 76.4. Even though Galaxy J8 is heavier than LG G3, it's just a little bit thinner and way newer. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy J8 has the newer 10 version while LG G3 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides lots of additional features and a performance increase.

The Samsung Galaxy J8 counts with a bit longer battery duration than LG G3, because it has a 3500mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
