Galaxy Note10 is better than the LG G3, having an 89 score against 76.4. The Galaxy Note10 is a way newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than the LG G3, although it is also heavier. Samsung Galaxy Note10 has just a bit better hardware performance than LG G3, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more cpu cores.

The LG G3 features a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note10, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G3, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

Galaxy Note10 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than LG G3, because although it has a lower (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with a worse 12 mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a much bigger aperture and a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality. Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a bit longer battery performance than LG G3, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G3. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note10, otherwise you can save some money and get the LG G3, giving up some specs and features.
