Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a general score of 77.5, which is just a bit better than the LG G3's 76.4 general score. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 body is much newer and somewhat thinner than LG G3's, but it is way heavier. LG G3 counts with a way better display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a way better screen pixels density.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than LG G3, and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds up to 128 GB, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has 96 GB more internal memory capacity. The LG G3 counts with a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has an inferior number of cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a superior battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has just a bit better camera than LG G3, because although it has a camera with a worse 12 MP resolution and a lower video quality, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos and a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures and videos.
Although Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G3. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G3, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
