HTC U Ultra is a a lot newer and somewhat thinner phone than the LG G3 Cat. 6, although it's also a little bit heavier. The LG G3 Cat. 6 features just a little better performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the LG G3 Cat. 6 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
LG G3 Cat. 6 features a much better looking display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440, the LG G3 Cat. 6 also counts with a just a little better pixel density. HTC U Ultra counts with a lot better camera than LG G3 Cat. 6, although it has a camera in the back with lesser megapixels.
HTC U Ultra has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G3 Cat. 6, because it has 32 GB more internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The HTC U Ultra's battery life is very similar to the battery performance in LG G3 Cat. 6.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G3 Cat. 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G3 Cat. 6. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy HTC U Ultra, else you can save some money and get the LG G3 Cat. 6, giving up some features and specifications.
