Comparison review
The LG G5 has a score of 76.1, which is a bit better than LG G3 Cat. 6's general score of 72.6. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the LG G5 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and LG G3 Cat. 6 has Android 4.4.2, so it provides some additional features and some performance improvements. LG G5 is a newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than LG G3 Cat. 6, but it is a little bit heavier.
The LG G3 Cat. 6 has a more vivid screen than LG G5, because although it has a little less pixels per display inch, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the LG G3 Cat. 6 also counts with a little bit bigger display. The LG G5 has a lot bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than LG G3 Cat. 6, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG G5 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
LG G3 Cat. 6 has just a bit better hardware performance than LG G5, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the LG G3 Cat. 6 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. LG G3 Cat. 6 counts with just a bit better battery life than LG G5, because it has a 7 percent larger battery capacity.
The LG G5 features a very superior camera than LG G3 Cat. 6, because it has a back-facing camera with a higher resolution.
Although LG G5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G3 Cat. 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G3 Cat. 6. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get LG G3 Cat. 6, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
