Comparison review
The LG G3 has a score of 76.4, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III's overall score of 74.8. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the LG G3 has the newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, giving you lots of additional features and optimized performance. LG G3's construction is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy S III's, but it is heavier and just a little thicker.
The LG G3 has a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much greater screen pixels density, a quite bigger screen, a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a brighter display. LG G3 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a worse graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG G3 also counts with more RAM.
The LG G3 takes better photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because although it has a smaller sensor, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a bigger aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels. The LG G3 counts with a bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage, the LG G3 also has an external memory slot that allows up to 128 GB.
LG G3 features a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
