The LG G3 is slightly better than the LG G Flex 2, having a global score of 76.4 against 75.2. Both phones in this review include the same Android 5.0 OS. Even when the LG G3 and LG G Flex 2 were released only 7 months apart, the LG G3 is just a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter. The LG G3 features a bit better screen than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have a same size screen, the LG G3 also has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better screen pixels density.
The LG G Flex 2 features a little bit better hardware performance than LG G3, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG G Flex 2 also has a 64-bits processor, a larger number of cores (although slower) and a much better graphics co-processor running at 600 megahertz. LG G Flex 2 and LG G3 feature very similar storage for applications and games, they have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB.
The LG G3 shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG G Flex 2. Both have the same resolution camera, the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The LG G Flex 2 counts with a battery life that's just as good as LG G3's battery performance.
The LG G3 costs a bit more money than LG G Flex 2, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
