Comparison review

The LG G3 has a general score of 76.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S4's global score of 76.1. The LG G3 design is newer, but somewhat heavier and thicker than Galaxy S4. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the LG G3 has a newer 5.0 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4.2, providing a couple nice extra features.

LG G3 has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a bit larger screen and a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen. LG G3 counts with a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 32 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 128 GB.

LG G3 has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G3 also has a larger amount of RAM and a much better 450 MHz GPU. The LG G3 features just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy S4, because it has a 15% larger battery capacity.

The LG G3 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting photographs and videos in low light environments, and they both have the same sensor size and a 13 MP back camera, the LG G3 also counts with a way better (4K) video quality.

Although LG G3 is a better device, it costs more than Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S4. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S4, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
