Asus ROG Phone 7 has an overall score of 81.2, which is slightly better than LG G5's 76.1 general score. Asus ROG Phone 7's construction is much newer, but extremely thicker and much heavier than LG G5. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Asus ROG Phone 7 has an older 13 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
