Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 is slightly better than the LG G5, having a 79.5 score against 76.1. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 20 has 9.0 Pie version while LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version, so it provides the user a couple additional features. Even though Huawei Mate 20 is noticeably newer than LG G5, it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Huawei Mate 20 and LG G5 both count with quite similar displays, because although the Huawei Mate 20 has a lot less pixels per screen inch and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2244, it also counts with a bigger screen. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit better CPU than LG G5, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a higher number of cores.
The LG G5 has a much better storage for applications and games than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 20 features a much longer battery lifetime than LG G5, because it has a 43% more battery size.
Huawei Mate 20 counts with a camera that is very similar to LG G5's camera, because although the Huawei Mate 20 has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera in the back with way less megapixels resolution, and they both have the same aperture, it also counts with a bigger back camera sensor.
The Huawei Mate 20 costs a little more than LG G5, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
