LG G7 One is just a bit better than LG G5, with a overall score of 76.8 against 76.1. LG G7 One's body is incredibly newer and a bit lighter, but just a little bit thicker than LG G5. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but LG G7 One has the older 10 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

LG G5 and LG G7 One have incredibly similar storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have exactly the same internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG G7 One features a bit better performance than LG G5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the LG G7 One also has a greater number of cores (and faster). The LG G7 One has a little better battery duration than LG G5, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. LG G5 features a little bit better camera than LG G7 One, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same video resolution, a 16 MP resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rate, the LG G5 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.
