The LG Q70 is slightly better than the LG G5, getting a 77.9 score against 76.1. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but LG Q70 has the previous 10 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version. LG Q70's construction is noticeably newer than the LG G5's, although it is heavier and just a little bit thicker.
