LG G5 has an overall score of 76.1, which is just a bit better than the Moto G8 Power's 76 general score. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the LG G5 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10 version, giving a lot of extra features. LG G5 is an extremely older device than Moto G8 Power, but it is lighter and way thinner anyway.

LG G5 features a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution and a greater screen pixels density. The Motorola Moto G8 Power has a little better processing power than LG G5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Motorola Moto G8 Power also has more cpu cores.

LG G5 features a bit bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Moto G8 Power, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto G8 Power has a camera that is just as good as the camera in LG G5, because although the Moto G8 Power has a tinier sensor, and they both have the same video definition, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better photography and video in low-light situations.

The Moto G8 Power has a much better battery performance than LG G5, because it has a 79% greater battery capacity.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G8 Power. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Moto G8 Power, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
