Comparison review
LG G5 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, with a overall score of 76.1 against 75.9. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but LG G5 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version. LG G5 is an older cellphone than the OnePlus 8 UW, but it is just a bit thinner and lighter anyway.
The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit better performance than LG G5, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 UW features a bit better looking display than LG G5, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and way lesser pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a bigger display.
The OnePlus 8 UW captures much clearer photos and videos than LG G5, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and a same size aperture, the OnePlus 8 UW also has better 60 fps video frame rates, a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot bigger sensor which provides a lot better photo and video quality.
The LG G5 has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. OnePlus 8 UW features a much better battery duration than LG G5, because it has a 4300mAh battery size.
In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, LG G5 is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it an easy decision.
