The Galaxy A50s is better than LG G5, getting a general score of 86.6 against 76.1. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A50s has the previous 10 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy A50s's design is notably newer, but a little bit thicker and a little heavier than the LG G5.
