Galaxy On7 Prime is a little bit better than the LG G5, having a general score of 76.9 against 76.1. The Galaxy On7 Prime design is newer, but just a little thicker and just a little bit heavier than LG G5. Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Galaxy On7 Prime has the newer 9.0 Pie version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo, so it provides the user a couple additional features.
