The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a little bit better than the LG G5, with a overall score of 79 against 76.1. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S4 has the previous 4.4 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Although the Samsung Galaxy S4 is noticeably older and a little bit thicker than LG G5, it's body is still lighter.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a bit sharper display than LG G5, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, a quite smaller display and a bit worse pixel quantity in each screen inch. LG G5 and Galaxy S4 feature quite similar processing units, because although the Galaxy S4 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, it also counts with an additional graphics processor.

The LG G5 captures better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a higher resolution camera, a larger camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs, a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light photos. The LG G5 features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G5 has a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 2800mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy S4 is also by far the cheapest one, making it an easy decision.
